Will DiGrande currently serves the residents of New Jersey's 10th Congressional District as Outreach Manager for Rep. LaMonica McIver. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in political science, Will knew he wanted to give back to the New Jersey community through public service and started his career in the office of State Senator Joe Cryan.

Joining the Warren Township Democratic Committee in 2022, he was elected Municipal Chair by his fellow members in 2024 and ran a hard-fought campaign as a candidate for Township Committee that same year. In addition to the role of Chair, Will is the incoming President of the Somerset County Young Democrats and is eager to mobilize a new generation of leaders in his area.

In his day job, Will collaborates with elected officials and community-facing organizations across the state to host events and support constituents with their governmental needs. He looks forward to staying involved locally and proving that age should not limit what you can achieve in politics.
