Will DiGrande currently serves the constituents of New Jersey’s 10th Congressional District as Outreach Manager for U.S. Representative LaMonica McIver. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Political Science, Will knew he wanted to give back to the residents of the Garden State through public service and started his career in Union County as an aide to State Senator Joe Cryan.

Joining the Warren Township Democratic Committee in 2022, Will was elected Municipal Chair in 2024 and ran hard-fought campaigns as a Township Committee candidate in 2024 and 2025. In addition to the roles in his hometown, he is President of the Somerset County Young Democrats and is eager to mobilize a new generation of leaders in his area.

Will was a member of the New Jersey Leadership Collective's inaugural cohort in 2025 and is proud to continue with the Academy as a Chapter Co-Leader in 2026. He looks forward to remaining involved statewide as proof that age should not limit what you can achieve in serving your community.
