Sam Kovach-Orr currently serves as Associate Counsel within the Governor's Authorities Unit. Sam works with numerous authorities including the CRC, the Infrastructure Bank, and Secure Choice. Sam is also involved in the Governor's clemency initiative and economic growth efforts. While he was born, raised, and educated in NJ (Go RU!), Sam previously worked in private practice in New York and for the State of Rhode Island.
