Ms. Quinnie Collins is the Language Access Manager in the Office of Outreach and Strategic Partnership at the New Jersey Department of Labor, under the leadership of Commissioner Robert Asaro-Angelo. In her role, Ms. Collins is responsible for coordinating the implementation of New Jersey's Language Access Program.

Prior to this position, Ms. Collins served as the Director of Constituent Relations for Assemblyman Sterley Stanley for two years. She recently earned a Master’s degree in Political Science and United Nations and Global Policy Studies from Rutgers University and was selected as an Eagleton Graduate Fellow for the 2023-2024 academic year. Ms. Collins also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in International Business and Marketing, from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.

Additionally, Ms. Collins has professional experience in international humanitarian service, where she has organized community-specific programs and collaborated with reputable organizations in various countries across Africa.
