Paige Johnson is a values-driven emerging leader passionate about sustainability and inclusion in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). She has spent the entirety of her young professional career in the chemical industry, and currently works in chemical distribution sales as an Account Manager for BASF, the world's largest chemical producer. She is deeply passionate about circularity, carbon neutrality and remediation as to reduce waste and the environmental impact of the entire chemical industry for our generation and future generations. 

Paige currently resides in Lawrence Township, New Jersey where she serves as the Vice President of the Lawrence Township Democratic Club and Chair of the Lawrence Township Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. With fortitude and determination, she rose through the ranks in the Lawrence Dem Club first being appointed as Corresponding Secretary in 2022 and then being nominated and elected to serve as Vice President in the Spring of 2024. She envisions her own personal brand of leadership as inspirational, inclusive and future-focused. 

Paige earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Rutgers Business School - Newark in 2020 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2024. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and serves as Co-Chair of the Connection & Social Action Committee in the sorority's Epsilon Upsilon Omega graduate chapter located in Trenton, New Jersey where she focuses on continuing the sorority’s long tradition of partnering with local community-based organizations to empower the underserved and communities of color.
