Noelle Lee-Turner is a purpose-driven leader and Chief Diversity Officer with a deep commitment to servant leadership, equity, and building environments where all people can thrive. Across her career in public service, community engagement, and organizational leadership, she has advanced inclusive strategies that center people, dignity, and access—meeting individuals and communities at the level of their need.
Noelle’s work spans organizational culture, language access, inclusive policy and practice, stakeholder engagement, and workforce development. She is known for translating vision into action, fostering trust across diverse groups, and creating equitable spaces that support both individual growth and collective impact. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, courage, and accountability, guided by the belief that meaningful change occurs when people feel seen, heard, and valued.
In her current role, Noelle supports the development of a comprehensive equity and inclusion strategy within the newly established Department of Veterans Affairs, helping shape systems that are accessible, responsive, and sustainable. As a change agent committed to impact, she remains dedicated to servant leadership that uplifts communities and strengthens institutions for the long term.
