Luke Pavlov

Luke Pavlov is a Campaigns Manager at the New Jersey League of Conservation Voters, where he works directly with elected officials, candidates, and partner organizations to elevate environmental and public health priorities and advance legislation during the 2025 gubernatorial transition and current lame-duck legislative session. His work spans statewide advocacy, strategic communications, and coalition coordination, with a focus on translating research and shared priorities into actionable policy, legislative pressure, and public accountability.

Pavlov brings a strong background in grassroots organizing and local governance. He has worked on federal, state, and municipal campaigns across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, recruiting and training volunteers, managing field operations, and supporting policy development in the New Jersey Legislature. Through his consulting work, Pavlov continues to support local candidates and organizations working to increase civic participation and accountability in government.

Pavlov holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Rowan University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and is passionate about developing and uplifting leaders who reflect and serve their communities.
