Liselle Montrose

Liselle Montrose is a project management professional with a strong background in public administration, nonprofit service, and community-focused initiatives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from Montclair State University and her master’s degree in Public Administration from the Rutgers University–Newark School of Public Affairs and Administration. Her education and experience guide her commitment to equity, accountability, and effective governance.
An East Orange resident, Liselle’s work is deeply rooted in the community she serves. She has worked and volunteered with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and nonprofit organizations including CASA Essex and Samaritan Scout, supporting mission-driven programs through improved processes, team development, and cross-organizational coordination.
Professionally, Liselle brings experience in project coordination and Agile-based project management, with strengths in planning, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and execution across cross-functional teams.
In addition to her professional work, Liselle is a mentor and social advocate dedicated to building safer, more connected, and community-oriented environments. She is driven to continue expanding her impact by leading and supporting initiatives that strengthen local systems, uplift vulnerable populations, and deliver sustainable, long-term outcomes.
