Danielle Combs is a dedicated advocate for social justice and community empowerment, currently serving as the Administrative Director of the NAACP New Jersey State Conference. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Stockton University, where she earned her degree in Political Science, Danielle has committed her career to addressing pressing issues of racial justice and community advocacy.

In her role at the NAACP, Danielle focuses on identifying and shaping policy and organizing efforts that amplify the voices of marginalized communities across New Jersey. With extensive experience in policy analysis and community organizing, Danielle has successfully raised awareness to policies that both negatively and positively impact oppressed communities, while building coalition support on bills and fostering relationships with legislators and stakeholders.

She is known for her impactful testimony in the New Jersey State House, where she passionately represents the needs and concerns of her community.

With a keen eye for detail, Danielle meticulously organizes the business and directs the logistics of the state conference. Her work ensures that the meetings, conferences and conventions are productive, and she collaborates with the state conference officers to make certain that the community needs are prioritized.

Danielle is also a dynamic speaker, engaging with diverse audiences to raise awareness on critical issues affecting racial equity. Her tireless work not only reflects her deep commitment to racial justice but also inspires others to become actively involved in creating positive change.

Outside of work, Danielle is a God fearing womxn, a proud partner, family oriented, and highly involved in her community. She is a business owner and also proud sister of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Theta Pi Omega Chapter. Danielle is the Chief of Staff of Melanin and Maternal Wellness and she has just recently been selected a 2025 Fellow of the New Jersey Leadership Collective.Through her leadership, Danielle Combs continues to make significant strides toward a more equitable society, embodying the spirit and mission of the NAACP in her pursuit of justice for all.
