Brandon Mathieson is a Constituent Relations Specialist in the Assembly Majority Office, where he helps Democrat Assembly Members across New Jersey stay connected to their communities. His work includes community outreach, helping residents with concerns, and making government easier to understand and access.

Brandon is a first-generation immigrant and first-generation college graduate who cares deeply about public service and civic engagement.

Before his current role, Brandon worked on political campaigns for Congressman Bill Pascrell and several Essex County Democrats. Through this work, he gained experience talking with voters, organizing community efforts, and supporting local leaders.

Brandon graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University–Newark with a degree in political science. He is dedicated to serving his community, encouraging civic participation, and helping people feel heard by their government.
