Alexandria Butler

Alexandria Butler is a public servant, political strategist, and community advocate dedicated to advancing equitable policy, strengthening civic engagement, and delivering results for constituents. She currently serves as Chief of Staff to Assemblywoman Alixon Collazos-Gill, where she acts as the Assemblywoman’s senior advisor and oversees legislative strategy, constituent services, office operations, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, she served as Legislative Aide and Director of Constituent Services, managing constituent cases, conducting policy research, drafting official communications, and representing the office throughout the district.
Alexandria also served as campaign manager and fundraising consultant for Assemblywoman Collazos-Gill’s campaign, guiding strategy and fundraising initiatives. She is President of the Passaic County Young Democrats, where she advances youth engagement, builds coalitions, and supports the development of emerging leaders. Her experience also includes political advocacy work with The Borgen Project, where she supported federal efforts to address global poverty.
Alexandria holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Public Policy from the University of Delaware. Her work is driven by a commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices, connecting communities to resources, and using public policy as a tool for lasting social impact.
